The Respondent subsequently withdrew its offer but overturned its decision on 4 February 2020 after the Claimant issued a grievance, which was upheld on appeal. In withdrawing the job offer and preventing the Claimant from taking up the role, the Respondent was in breach of Regulation 5 of the Part-Time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment Regulations) 2020.
