JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and breach of contract are dismissed because they were raised outside of the relevant time limit and it was reasonably practicable for those claims to have been brought in time.[2]The Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £4,666.74 (gross).[3]The Claimant’s is entitled to a redundancy payment. The amount of the redundancy payment is £1,115.31. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,115.31.[4]The Claimant’s claim under Regulation 13 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 for payment in lieu of outstanding holiday pay upon termination of employment is wellfounded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,111.00 (gross).
