Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1050. The hearing listed on 5 May 2020 is cancelled.[1]I hereby reconsider and revise my judgment of 28 April 2020.[2]The sum of £1050 should be replaced by the sum of £1257.REASONS
[1]When I made the original judgment, I misread the claimant’s email. I now understand that the total sum claimed and owing is the revised sum in this judgment.[2]It is clearly in the interests of judgment that I reconsider and revise the original judgment.
