JUDGMENT
[1]On the preliminary issue I find that the claimant was at all material times an employee.[2]However, she was not an employee of the respondent but instead was an employee of Shanaz (otherwise Shewnaz) Jawaid.[3]Accordingly, the claim brought against the wrong respondent stands to be dismissed.[4]Nevertheless, the claim will be stayed until 9 May 2017 in order to give an opportunity for the claimant to apply to have her sister (Shanaz Jawaid) substituted as respondent in place of her brother, the current respondent.[5]If no application by the claimant is received by 4:00pm on 9 May 2017 the claim will be dismissed without further order.
