JUDGMENT

All complaints of disability discrimination are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant. JUDGMENT Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed, in breach of contract, to pay sums due and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of: £1602.95 (17 weeks unpaid statutory sick pay up to the end of the 28 weeks’ entitlement on 26th July 2019)[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement (and the claim is amended so far as is necessary to include this complaint identified in the schedule of loss) and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of: £3068.20 (23 days accrued but untaken holiday in the current leave year up to the date of termination, 8th November 2019).[3]The hearing listed on 18th August 2020 is cancelled.
