JUDGMENT
UPON the claimant, through his solicitor, withdrawing the claim the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that is stands dismissed.REASONS
[1]The claimant presented this complaint on 19 January 2018.[2]On 9 February 2018 the claimant presented a second claim to the Employment Tribunal. This was given case number 1802355/2018. The second claim was identical to the claim presented on 19 January 2018 save that in relation to the second claim the respondents were named as Betty and Taylors Group Limited and Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate Limited.[3]The claimant’s solicitor informed the Tribunal that two complaints had been presented out of an abundance of caution, the claimant being unsure as to the identity of his employer. It is having now been clarified that his employer at all material times was Bettys and Taylors Group Limited, the claimant’s solicitor was happy to confirm that this (the first complaint) may be withdrawn.
