JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unauthorised deductions from wages was brought more than 3 months after the deduction was made and the claimant has not satisfied the Tribunal that it was not reasonably practicable to have brought it within that period and that it was brought within a reasonable period thereafter. In those circumstances the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider that claim, by section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, and it is dismissed.[2]The employer’s contract claim is dismissed upon withdrawal.
