JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was dismissed by the Respondent by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £6,144.00.[2]The Claimant’s dismissal was in breach of contract and the Respondent is ordered to pay to her damages in the sum of £3,888.00 (notice pay).[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £384.00 in respect of an unauthorised deduction from wages.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £844.80 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement as at the termination of her employment.
