pursuant to Rule 21 of the Tribunals Rules of Procedure[1]In relation to the First Claimant Mrs R Shapcott:1.1 The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,7001.2 The Respondent must pay the Claimant £2,246.40 in damages for failure to give her notice of termination of employment1.3 The Respondent must pay the Claimant £400 in accrued holiday pay due on termination of employment. Case Nos. 1801421/2023 1801422/2023 1801423/2023 1801468/2023 1801469/2023[2]In relation to the Second Claimant Miss E Simpson:2.1 The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,743.122.2 The Respondent must pay the Claimant £1,097.25 in damages for failure to give her notice of termination of employment.2.3 The Respondent must pay the Claimant £100 in accrued holiday pay due on termination of employment[3]In relation to the Third Claimant Mrs T Wilson:3.1 The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,2253.2 The Respondent must pay the Claimant £1,310.40 in damages for failure to give her notice of termination of employment.3.3 The Respondent must pay the Claimant £100 in accrued holiday pay due on termination of employment[4]In relation to the Fourth Claimant Mr O Duffy:4.1 The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £7,227.504.2 The Respondent must pay the Claimant £1,662 in damages for failure to give him notice of termination of employment.4.3 The Claimant was unfairly dismissed but the Tribunal makes no award of compensation[5]In relation to the Fifth Claimant Mr T Bamford:5.1 The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,828.755.2 The Respondent must pay the Claimant £890.22 in damages for failure to give him notice of termination of employment.5.3 The Claimant was unfairly dismissed but the Tribunal makes no award of compensation.
