JUDGMENT
[1]The claim against the second respondent, Interdoor Limited, is DISMISSED on withdrawal.[2]By consent the claim for unlawful deduction from wages SUCCEEDS against the first respondent, Envirodoor Limited, and the first respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £1500 gross. This is a gross amount and the respondent is responsible for deducting and accounting for any amount of national insurance or tax due thereon.[3]By consent the claim for unlawful deductions from wages (holiday pay) SUCCEEDS against the first respondent, Envirodoor Limited, and by consent the first respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £310.50 gross. This is a gross amount and the respondent is responsible for deducting and accounting for any amount of national insurance or tax due thereon.
