JUDGMENT

[1]The correct identity of the Respondent is Beever Personal Care Limited.[2]The Second Claimant’s (Mr Zalewski’s) claim is dismissed under Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules.[3]The First Claimant’s (Miss Solowska’s) claim of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the First Claimant the sum of £884.60 gross. The Respondent shall be responsible for any deductions of employee’s income tax and/or national insurance as may be required by law.
