Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £615.95.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £690.75.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £221.04.[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £100 being the bank charges incurred by the claimant caused by the unauthorised deduction from his wages.[5]The total sum payable by the respondent is £1,627.74 which shall be paid within 14 days of the date set out below.[6]The hearing listed on 28 April 2020 is cancelled.
