JUDGMENT
[1]Upon reconsideration and by consent the judgment striking out the complaint of unfair constructive dismissal is revoked, and that complaint is reinstated. A separate deposit order has been made ordering the claimant to pay a deposit of £100 by 30 September 2022 as a condition of her continuing with that complaint. JUDGMENT[2]Upon further reconsideration Employment Judge Rogerson has on her own initiative revoked the judgment she made in error on 1 September 2022 reinstating the complaint of unfair(constructive) dismissal. At the time of making that decision the Employment Judge was unaware that on 4 August 2022 the claimant had already withdrawn her application to reinstate that claim and confirmed that she no longer wished to continue with these proceedings. The ‘23 October 2020’ judgment striking out the claim is therefore confirmed and stands and the ‘1 September 2022’ judgment, the deposit order and case management orders made on that date are hereby revoked. This means the claimant is not required to pay any further deposit in relation to this claim and the parties are not required to take any further steps.
