JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints that the First Respondent failed to comply with the requirements of sections 188 and 188A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 are well founded.

[2]The First Respondent is ordered to pay remuneration for the protected period of 90 days beginning with 10 March 2017, the date on which the Claimants were dismissed.

[3]By 12 March 2018 the administrator of the First Respondent is to send to the Second Respondent the following information:-a. The name, address and national insurance numbers of each Claimant; and

b. The date of termination of the employment of each Claimant. Case No: 1801323/2017 1801324/2017 1801325/2017 1801326/2017 1801327/2017 1801328/2017

[4]The claims against the Second Respondent are stayed. By 29 May 2018 the Claimants are to inform the Tribunal whether the claims are withdrawn and, if not, why not.
