Employment Judge JonesDate 24 September 2018

JUDGMENT

The Claim is struck out

REASONS

[1]Employment Judge Jones had ordered that by 14 August 2018, the claimant:1.1 explained in writing why his claim should not be struck out.1.2 provided his witness statement to the Respondent1.3 explained how a fair hearing remained possible.[2]The claimant did not provide any response. On 23 August 2018, the claimant was reminded of the orders made and was given a further opportunity to comply/explain his non-compliance.[3]No response to that reminder was received. The claimant is unreasonably conducting these proceedings, he is not actively pursuing the claim and his failure to comply with the orders that have been made, means that a fair hearing is no longer possible. In those circumstances the claim is struck out
