JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the Respondent is amended from JWT Developments to JWT Developments Limited. Either party may apply to re-amend if this alteration does not in fact reflect the correct legal identity of the employer.[2]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay him the sum of £444.80 gross, namely £400.00 unpaid wages for the period 17th to 25th July 2017 and 0.14 weeks’ accrued holiday pay £44.80[3]The employer’s contract claim is dismissed.
