[1]By a letter dated 2 November 2020 the Tribunal gave the respondent an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the response should not be struck out because the respondent had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 14th July 2020 to submit an amended Response by 7th August 2020.[2]The respondent has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The response is therefore struck out.[3]The respondent will only be entitled to participate in the consolidated hearing in this case and claim number 1804755/2020, which remains listed on 10th December 2020 but with a reduced time estimate of 2 hours, to the extent permitted by the Employment Judge.
