JUDGMENT
[1]Claim numbers 1801276/2023 and 1801278/2023 are dismissed as duplicates of claim number 1801280/2023.[2]On the First Respondent accepting that liability for the Claimant transferred to it from the Second Respondent under Regulation 4 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, all claims against the Second Respondent are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]By consent, the First Respondent shall pay the Claimant:(i) £381.75 in respect of her claim of unauthorised deductions from her final instalment of wages and Case Nos. 1801276/2023 1801278/2023 1801280/2023(ii) £48 for non-payment of wages for 1 December 2022
