JUDGMENT

[1]Claim numbers 1801279/2023 and 1801281/2023 are dismissed as duplicates of claim number 1801274/2023.

[2]On the First Respondent accepting that liability for the Claimant transferred to it from the Second Respondent under Regulation 4 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, all claims against the Second Respondent other than those under the Equality Act 2010 are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.

[3]By consent, the First Respondent shall pay the Claimant a total of £111 in respect of her claim of unauthorised deductions relating to training costs and one hour’s unpaid wages.
