[2]The Tribunal will decide what, if any, compensation should be awarded for unfair dismissal at the final hearing of the remaining complaints, in accordance with case management orders made today. The Tribunal finds no blameworthy conduct.[2]The claimant’s allegation of direct disability discrimination does not succeed.[3]The claimant’s complaint of a failure to make a reasonable adjustment succeeds and the respondent shall pay to him the sum of £4000 in injury to feelings and interest of £393.84.[4]The total gross sum payable by the respondent is £7479.13. The recoupment regulations do not apply to this award.
