The Tribunal finds no blameworthy conduct.[2]The claimant’s allegation of direct disability discrimination does not succeed.[3]The claimant’s complaint of a failure to make a reasonable adjustment succeeds and the respondent shall pay to him the sum of £4000 in injury to feelings and interest of £393.84.[4]The total gross sum payable by the respondent is £7479.13. The recoupment regulations do not apply to this award.REASONS
