[1]By a letter dated 17 March 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal should not be struck out because the claimant did not have the qualifying period to bring such a claim.[2]The claimant wrote by email of 18 March 2022 to explain she had ticked the unfair dismissal box because there was no option for unfair dismissal. Her wrongful dismissal claim is referred to elsewhere in the claim form and shall proceed.
