Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2,192.22.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £473.05 in accrued holiday pay due on termination of employment.[3]The claim for an award of pension contributions not paid into a pension fund is dismissed, the Tribunal having no jurisdiction to deal with such a complaint.[4]The hearing on 8 June 2022 is cancelled.
