JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s application to amend her claim to include a complaint of direct race discrimination is refused, this being a wholly new complaint brought out of time and in respect of a Tribunal complaint itself submitted after the expiry of the applicable 3 month time limit.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was brought outside the applicable time limit in circumstances where the Tribunal does not consider it to have not been reasonably practicable to submit the claim in time. The claim is dismissed in circumstances where the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it
