JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is well-founded. The respondent shall pay the claimant £2,773.33 as damages for breach of contract. This sum is subject to applicable deductions for tax and employee national insurance contributions.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of holiday accrued but untaken as at the date of termination and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £256 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. This sum is subject to applicable deductions for tax and employee national insurance contributions. ____E J Elliott
