JUDGMENT
The complaints of unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal in his Retained role are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant.REASONS
[1]Employment Judge Bright was satisfied that it is in the interests of justice to make the judgment dismissing the above complaints.[2]The complaints of breach of contract (notice pay and taking disciplinary action in his wholetime role) and unauthorized deduction from wages (CPD payment) are also withdrawn, but Employment Judge Bright directs that a judgment dismissing those complaints is not issued because the claimant has expressed at the time of withdrawal a wish to reserve the right to bring a further claim and the Judge is satisfied that there would be a legitimate reason for doing so.[3]The claimant’s claim number 1801230/2021 is therefore at an end.
