[1]On the respondent’s concession, the respondent has failed to pay the claimant holiday pay. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the agreed sum of £308.85.[2]On the respondent’s concession, the respondent has made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s pay. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the agreed sum of £280.77.[3]The claimant’s claim under s.11 Employment Relations Act 1999 (right to be accompanied) is rejected.[4]The claimant’s application for an order for costs is refused.
