The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 25 March 2022 the Tribunal asked the Claimant for his comments on the Respondent’s assertion that they did not employ him and that he had named the wrong company in his claim. He did not reply. On 28 April 2022 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to explain why his claim should not be struck out because he had not responded to the Tribunal’s letter and the claim had not been actively pursued. The Claimant has not responded. It appears that the claim has not been actively pursued and it is therefore struck out.[2]The hearing listed for Monday 16 May 2022 is cancelled.
