[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £15 for each claim following a preliminary hearing held on 9 September 2021. The Order was sent to the claimant on 13 September 2021.The claimant has failed to pay the deposits by the due date. The complaints of unfair dismissal and age discrimination are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013. That brings these proceedings to a conclusion.[2]The hearing fixed for 11 November 2021 will not take place. S-J Davies
