[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £2,750 gross. The respondent has also not paid the claimant expenses of £50 and unpaid mileage of £85.20 which were outstanding on the termination of the contract.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £634.61 gross.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £444.23.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £3,964.04 gross.
