[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages (February 2022 plus 6 extra hours worked) and must pay the claimant £2,247 gross.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £542 gross.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant 6 days holiday entitlement outstanding on termination of employment (4 month’s complete service at 1.66 days per month less 1 day’s leave taken) and must pay the claimant £650 gross.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £3,439. gross.
