JUDGMENT
[1]Having failed to comply with the Tribunal’s Order sent to the parties on 12 August 2020, the response of the first respondent is hereby struck out.[2]The second respondent having failed to submit a response, Judgment is entered against her pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The first and second respondents have made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and are ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £744.[4]The claimant’s complaints against the third and fourth respondent are hereby dismissed, neither having been the claimant’s employer and the third respondent not being a legal entity.
