JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is struck out because the Claimant does not have the necessary 2 years’ qualifying service.[2]The claims against the Second, Third and Fourth Respondents are dismissed upon withdrawal.

REASONS

[1]This judgement is given by consent and upon counsel for the Respondents undertaking that the First Respondent does not and will not seek to rely on the statutory f defence under section 109 (4) of the Equality Act 2010 but accepts that it will be liable for any act of unlawful discrimination found to have been committed by any of the named individual Respondents in the course of their employment. JUDGMENT[2]The proceedings are dismissed following withdrawal of the claim by the claimant
