The claimant’s claims of unlawful deduction from wages and unpaid holiday pay on the termination of employment succeed and the respondent shall pay to him the gross sums of : £926.29 (as recorded on an unpaid payslip); and £68.51. Total: 994.80 As payment is ordered gross, it shall be for the claimant to account to HMRC for any tax or employee national insurance due for the relevant tax year. Interest before Judgment is not recoverable in Employment Tribunal claims. The hearing on 22 May 2019 is cancelled.
