Miss A Altaf v C James: 1801117/2021
JUDGMENT
The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 10 March 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because it appeared the claimant was employed for less than two years.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim will be listed for a preliminary hearing for case management (by telephone) with a time estimate of 90 minutes. You will receive a separate Notice of Hearing. JM Wade 14 June 2021[1]By an Order dated 20 August 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant had not complied with the Order and has failed to make any sufficient representations, why the claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
