JUDGMENT
The claimant’s claims of wrongful dismissal/breach of contract, unlawful deduction from wages and unpaid holiday pay on the termination of employment succeed and the respondent shall pay to her the following gross sums: £800 two weeks’ notice pay; £920 unlawfully deducted wages (24 December 2018 to 8 January 2019); £1060 unpaid accrued holiday pay on the termination of employment; £317.82. compensation for lost universal credit. Total: 3097.82: As payment is ordered gross, it shall be for the claimant to account to HMRC for any tax or employee national insurance due for the relevant tax year.
