JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to a net award as follows: Unpaid wages £3586.82

REASONS

[1]The claimant submitted a claim to the Tribunal that he had not been paid for January and February 2021.[2]The respondent returned an ET3 giving precise figures for January of £2847.53 and February of £739.29 although it disputes the obligation to pay these amounts. The claimant confirmed that these were the amounts he sought. These are the sums awarded. Case Numbers: 1801094/2021[3]The first respondent went into voluntary liquidation on 4 August 2021. In these circumstances, the Tribunal added the Secretary of State for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy as a respondent under Rule 96.
