[1]Bohemian Accountants Ltd is the correct Respondent to this claim.[2]The complaints of breach of contract (notice pay), unauthorised deduction from wages and failure to pay for accrued but untaken holiday are well-founded and succeed.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the net sum of £1292.92.[4]The sum payable has been calculated as follows: Wages owed: 192.04 hours x £8.70 per hour = £1670.75 Notice pay owed: £1425.89 Holiday pay owed: £1778.28 Less Tax and National Insurance already paid: £566.60 + £369.95 Less loan repayment: £1000 Less partial payment: £1645.45.
