[1]The Claimant’s allegations pursuant to Section 15 of the Equality Act 2010, that on the 16 December 2019 the Respondent refused to allow him to return to work, and on the 31 January 2020 the Respondent failed to allow him to return to work, are dismissed following a withdrawal by the Claimant. The Claimant’s remaining claims will proceed to hearing on 14 and 15 September 2020.
