JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaints of direct discrimination and harassment fail and are dismissed.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorized deductions from wages in respect of arrears of pay fails and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s complaints seeking damages for breach of contract (notice pay) and a payment in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement are dismissed in circumstances where the claimant has been paid an amount by the respondent in respect of both and the claimant has not advanced a claim that any outstanding amounts remain due to her.[4]The respondent’s employer’s contract claim is dismissed upon its withdrawal of it.
