JUDGMENT

(1) The claimant has suffered an unauthorised deduction from his wages by reason of the respondent’s failure to pay sums deducted from his wages to the tax and National Insurance authorities. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,029.50. That sum is not subject to any deduction.(2) The claimant has suffered an unauthorised deduction from his wages by reason of the respondent’s failure to pay him wages for his last week of employment. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £576.92 subject to appropriate deductions for tax and National Insurance.(3) The claimant has suffered an unauthorised deduction from his wages by reason of the respondent’s failure to pay pension contributions to an authorised pension provider. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £93.75. That sum is not subject to any deduction.,(4) The claimant has suffered an unauthorised deduction from his wages by reason of the respondent’s failure to pay him for accrued holiday on termination. The claimant was entitled to 1.88 weeks and the respondent is ordered to pay him the sum of £1,084.57 subject to appropriate deductions for tax and national Insurance. 1 of 2 Case Number:1801068/2019(5) The claimant has suffered a breach of his contractual entitlement to business expenses and the respondent is ordered to pay him the sum of £57.64.
