The Claimant having failed to comply with the unless order of 21 November 2017 the claims stand struck out as of 28 November 2017.REASONS
[1]By an Order dated 21st November 2017 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity, to confirm that she has complied with the order to disclose documents by not later than 28 November 2017. To that order was attached the condition in Rule 38 Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The Claimant failed to comply with that order. The claims are therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 13 December 2017 will not take place.
