Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondents made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages and are ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £12,355.60[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondents are ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £5,472, being 12 weeks x weekly gross pay of £456.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £12,312, being £456 weekly pay x 18 x 1.5 (the claimant was employed for 18 continuous years and was 65 at the date of the effective date of termination).
