JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent failed to comply with the requirements of sections 188 and 188A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.[2]A protective award is made in respect of all claimants whose names are set out in the attached schedule dismissed for redundancy from 31 January 2024 that the respondent shall pay remuneration to them for the protected period of 90 days from 31 January 2024.[3]The Recoupment Regulations apply to this award.
