JUDGMENT

[1]All claims of breach of the sex equality clause/equal pay are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The allegation of victimisation by Professor Langfeld in his email responding to the Claimant’s email of 27 August 2021 is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]The Claimant has not established that she has a philosophical belief within the meaning of that term in Section 10 of the Equality Act 2010 and all her claims of direct discrimination because of philosophical belief are dismissed.[4]All allegations that the Claimant has done protected acts are dismissed on the ground that they have no reasonable prospect of success, other than those identified in the Annex to the Order of 6 October 2022. Case No. 1801041/2022 2[5]All allegations that the Claimant has made protected disclosures are dismissed on the ground that they have no reasonable prospect of success, other than the one identified in the Annex to the Order of 6 October 2022.[6]The claim of direct sex discrimination in relation to the Claimant’s pay for her role as Programme Director of the MSc in Financial Mathematics is dismissed on the ground that it has no reasonable prospect of success.
