[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay deposits of £100 by 28 June 2019 in relation to his claims of unfair dismissal and for damages for breach of contract. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 17 June 2019.The Claimant has failed to pay either deposit. The claims of unfair dismissal and for damages for breach of contract are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The Hearing fixed for 29 and 30 July 2019 is cancelled.
