JUDGMENT

Neither respondent having submitted any response to this claim and having had regard to the contents of the claim form, the Tribunal is satisfied it is appropriate to make the following decision under rule 22:

[1]The complaint that the respondent failed to comply with the requirements of section 188 and of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded.

[2]A protective award is made in favour of those claimants named in the schedule to this judgment.

[3]The protective award is for a period of 90 days and began on 25 November 2025.

[4]The recoupment provisions apply.

[5]The hearing listed on 20 August 2026 is therefore vacated.
