JUDGMENT
[1]By consent, the claim for damages for breach of contract by failure to give full notice of dismissal is upheld.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the agreed figure of £842.17 in damages in respect of that breach.[3]By consent, the claim for accrued holiday pay due on termination of employment is upheld.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the agreed figure of £769.83 (calculated net of income tax and National Insurance contributions) in respect of that holiday pay.[5]The claim for a redundancy payment succeeds.[6]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a redundancy payment of £5,205.91.
