Mr M N Javed and Mr A Hasan v NewDay Ltd: 1800965/2024 and 1800966/2024
JUDGMENT
(1) The claim for unfair dismissal (s.95 Employment Rights Act 1996) having been formally withdrawn on behalf of Mr M N Javed (the third claimant) at the hearing, that claim is dismissed on withdrawal under Rule 52 Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.(2) The claim for direct race or religion discrimination (s.13 Equality Act 2010) having been formally withdrawn on behalf of Mr A Hasan (the fourth claimant) at the hearing, that claim is dismissed on withdrawal under Rule 52 Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.(3) All other claims, as set out in Annex A to the case management orders sent out following today’s hearing, will proceed to a final hearing between 6 and 13 December 2024.
