[1]By an Order dated 15 June 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to write to the Tribunal or request a hearing to show cause why the claims should not be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 30 March 2020• the claims have not been actively pursued.• it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claims in consequence of the above.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.
