The claim of age discrimination is dismissed following a withdrawal of that claim by the Claimant.REASONS
[1]By an email dated 16 August 2017 the Claimant withdrew his claim of age discrimination.[2]The Claimant did not express at the time of withdrawal a wish to reserve the right to bring a further claim raising the same, or substantially the same, complaint.[3]The Tribunal can identify no reason why it would not be in the interests of justice to dismiss this aspect of the claim.[4]The claim of unfair dismissal remains listed for hearing on 11 and 12 October 2017.
